Une radio protestante lance une pétition pour obtenir une fréquence entière sur Strasbourg

David Rudloff, Président de Radio Arc-en-Ciel, explique que "depuis 25 ans, sa radio ne peut émettre que sur une demi fréquence à Strasbourg", alors qu'elle a "une place importante dans la ville de Strasbourg".
